On behalf of our client, a leading organization in the medical device sector, we are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality and performance across a global network spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
In this role, you will ensure suppliers meet strict quality and regulatory standards, support supplier development, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance product quality, reduce risk, and strengthen supplier performance in a global environment.

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management in a global environment
• Experience within the medical device or similarly regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and supplier quality processes
• Working knowledge of EU MDR (2017/745)
• Experience managing global suppliers and leading audits and CAPA/SCAR activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI
Desirable Requirements:
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (or equivalent)
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 13485 or similar)
• Experience driving supplier continuous improvement initiatives
