Managing Consultant - Panda Intelligence

Prior management experience within 360 recruitment required + track record of billing success.

All candidates must be located in Amsterdam or surrounding areas.

 

As a Managing Consultant at Panda Intelligence, you will lead our dynamic team to success in the Data&AI sectors. This includes not only managing and growing our team headcount, but also driving team performance and growth, onboarding and developing new team members, and maintaining our objectives, compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead our Panda Intelligence brand. As a hands-on manager, you will lead the team (current 2 FTE), support them on their development and lead by example by keep on billing on your side.
  • Manage and increase team headcount: Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team and participate in the interview process to ensure we bring in top talent.
  • Drive performance and growth: Ensure the team's performance and growth align with our ambitious goals by leading by example and achieving personal revenue targets.
  • Onboard and develop team members: Manage the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Oversee objectives: Ensure your team meets daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and providing continuous feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance culture: Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture that values continuous improvement, excellence, and a solution-minded approach to challenges.
  • Develop succession plans: Create and manage succession plans for team members, ensuring their progression through defined career pathways.
  • Conduct business reviews: Hold monthly business reviews with each team member, setting goals and objectives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Innovate and implement initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance team performance and culture.
  • Engage with clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Medtech, Biotech, and Healthcare sectors to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Maintain compliance and best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.

 

Ideal candidate:

 

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience leading recruitment teams in life sciences, data, AI or IT recruitment, with a demonstrably successful commercial recruitment track record. Excellent leadership and communication skills, a robust commercial understanding of sales and recruitment processes are essential.
