Panda uses Google Analytics and Cookies in order to improve our service, user experience and analyse how the website is used. Aside from the approximate location (IP address), the information collected by Google Analytics is mostly anonymous traffic data including browser information, device information, language.
The collected information is used to provide an overview of how people are accessing and using the Panda website. This information is used to provide a better-tailored service and overall experience.
We give you the option of submitting your CV via this website. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Although your CV will be stored online, it will only be accessible by Panda recruitment consultants, working both inside and outside Europe. Your CV will also be emailed directly to our recruitment consultants who review your details and enter them into our central in-house database. This database, including the information relating to you, can be accessed by any of our recruitment consultants working in other offices of Panda, both inside and outside Europe.
You can update your CV at any time, simply by following the same procedure to submit a new CV. When you submit a CV to us, we collect the personal data you give us to be used for the following purposes and collated with additional data obtained from publicly available data, data from interactions with you and with related third parties.

This information is gathered via LinkedIn, former contacts and via GetProspect on the basis of legitimate interest. This is in line to point F of article 14-1 from the Official Journal EU - GDPR (see below snapshot). We also always give our contacts the option (in accordance with the law) to opt-out in every communication that we send out.
Panda sends out Target emails to client contacts to see if a new cooperation can exist and to give the client-contacts industry-relevant information.
Personal data will be gathered by the following digital platforms: LinkedIn, Job Boards, Manet.me, our website and obtained from psychometric testing portals. Personal data will also be gathered by job application via e-mail. We use Getprospect to capture the information from LinkedIn.
We will process your information to our connected clients to provide you with our best recruitment services. We will process your personal information to our clients upon your consent in the form of an exclusivity agreement towards Panda. Only the essential personal information that is required to present you for a job opportunity at our Clients will be processed in line with our policy. Additionally, Panda may keep your data for a period of 5 years for the purpose of considering you for a different opportunity. After the period of 5 years, Panda can request an additional term to store your data.
We will share your information within Panda where necessary in order to provide you with our recruitment services.
We may also release information relating to you to regulatory or law enforcement authorities if required to do so. We also reserve the right to disclose the information we have collected about you to our professional advisers and to other persons to the extent that Panda contracts out any aspect of the operation of its recruitment agency services. These third parties will be acting under similar undertakings of confidentiality as Panda.
According to the GDPR Law enforcement, the client and candidate have the right to be informed that Panda will collect your data.
The person in request will receive a notification within 30 days that Panda has their information stored. The person in request can ask for total deletion as it states in title 7 Information Correction & Deletion.
This is applicable for Candidates as well as Clients.
While you can use our website without giving out your personal information, once you contact us via the Panda website, Panda collects information about you. The information you fill in (personal information such as your name, email address, organisation) will be processed and stored so that it is possible for us to contact and respond to your request, and/or allow you access to our services.
If you register for an account or apply for a job at or with Panda, we will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes, such as contacting you.
To subscribe to Insights emails, you will be required to provide your email address, which will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed by email, of the latest jobs in your nominated industry and/or industry news via Insights. Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, unsubscribe links are provided in every Insights email that you receive.

If at any point you wish for Panda to delete information about you, you can simply contact us. Please be aware that if you request to delete your data, we cannot guarantee that you will no longer be contacted by Panda from the point of deletion forward as all data will be deleted including opt-out records.
