Are you energized by driving impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment? We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Strategic Marketing Manager to support our Integrated Biologics portfolio.
In this role, you’ll design and execute campaigns, create compelling content, and empower sales teams with tools and materials that drive awareness, engagement, and demand. You’ll collaborate closely with global teams to deliver marketing initiatives that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead marketing campaigns: Design targeted omnichannel campaigns to engage key customer segments and drive demand.
Create compelling content: Develop marketing materials, narratives, and tools aligned with positioning, brand, and growth objectives.
Support sales enablement: Develop and maintain customer-facing collaterals and sales training tools.
Collaborate globally: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives are executed effectively.
Contribute to strategic initiatives: Assist in value proposition development, segmentation, or offering enhancements as needed.
Must Have
Strong writing and content development skills with attention to detail.
Proven project management experience, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Cross-functional collaboration skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Marketing or Life Sciences.
5–10 years of professional marketing experience, ideally in a regulated environment with CDMO exposure.
