We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Team Lead for one of out Biotech clients. In this role you will lead the design, customization, and implementation of business-critical solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand processes and deliver scalable, user-friendly systems using Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map out business processes.
  • Design, configure, and deploy solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Customize entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to align with business objectives.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
  • Manage data migrations and integrations with third-party systems for smooth system operations.
  • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and solution architects throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployments.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and end-user training materials.
  • Stay current on new features, tools, and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Ensure technology solutions meet architectural standards and align with business goals.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation and customization.
  • Deep understanding of D365 CE configuration, customization, and extensibility.
  • Proven experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication.
