Job Description

This role sits within a global supply chain organization and focuses on Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and order management for finished pharmaceutical products. The team works cross-functionally with internal manufacturing sites, global distribution teams, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliant and efficient global product flow.

The Senior Associate plays a key role in executing global distribution activities, optimizing inventory and shipment performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while operating in a GMP/GDP and SOX-regulated environment.


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations within a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry

  • Proven experience in DRP, order management, customer service, or order-to-cash processes

  • Hands-on experience coordinating global distribution and shipments of pharmaceutical products

  • Solid knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and SOX compliance

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work effectively in international, cross-cultural environments


Preferred Requirements

  • Fluency in additional languages

  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking

  • Exposure to project management and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experience within large, complex global supply chain organizations

Operational excellence or productivity improvement experience
