This role sits within a global supply chain organization and focuses on Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and order management for finished pharmaceutical products. The team works cross-functionally with internal manufacturing sites, global distribution teams, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers to ensure compliant and efficient global product flow.
The Senior Associate plays a key role in executing global distribution activities, optimizing inventory and shipment performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while operating in a GMP/GDP and SOX-regulated environment.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations within a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry
Proven experience in DRP, order management, customer service, or order-to-cash processes
Hands-on experience coordinating global distribution and shipments of pharmaceutical products
Solid knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and SOX compliance
Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in international, cross-cultural environments
Fluency in additional languages
Experience with reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
Exposure to project management and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience within large, complex global supply chain organizations
Operational excellence or productivity improvement experience
