Senior Associate Global Study Planner

Job Description
The Senior Associate Global Study Planner independently manages demand and supply planning for clinical studies with a global scope. This includes ensuring adequate finished drug product supplies from study initiation through closure, coordinating operational inventory management, and minimizing waste. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and adherence to supply chain processes and regulatory guidelines.
Non-Negotiable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning.
Experience in supply planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Knowledge of clinical supply chain management.
Experience in forecasting drug demand and managing inventory for clinical studies.
Ability to coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipment of clinical supplies.
Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Understanding of regulatory guidelines impacting clinical supplies.
Ability to identify and escalate risks to study timelines or clinical supply availability.
Experience participating in cross-functional planning meetings and stakeholder communications.
Familiarity with dashboards and internal systems to track supply chain performance.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Advanced experience in MS Office applications beyond basic proficiency.
Experience negotiating resource conflicts in supply chain planning.
Experience updating or creating procedures per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Experience representing planning teams in operational improvement initiatives
