Senior Associate – Clinical Supply Chain (9-Month Assignment)

Are you energised by a fast-moving, detail-focused environment where your work supports clinical trials worldwide? We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy team player to join our Clinical Supply Chain team.

In this role, you’ll support the planning, sourcing, and delivery of medicines used in global studies. From managing purchase orders and updating SAP/Ariba, to coordinating suppliers, tracking supply timelines, and maintaining digital dashboards — you’ll help ensure patients receive the right products on time.

What You’ll Do

• Translate study demand into accurate supply plans and coordinate material availability

• Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve sourcing, delivery, and invoicing issues

• Manage ERP tasks: purchase orders, master data, open order reports, quarterly reconciliations

• Maintain documentation in PLM, Veeva Vault, SharePoint, and Smartsheet

• Support packaging, labeling, and international shipments with internal partners

• Contribute to process improvements and digital optimisations

Must Have

• Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (recent graduates welcome)

• Strong digital skills (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) + fast learner

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proactive mindset and strong ownership

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Smartsheet, or Veeva Vault

• Background in supply chain, operations, or planning

• Understanding of import/export or GMP/GDP environments
