Senior HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development (Service & Vendor Management) | Global Role
Job Description
A global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development (Service & Vendor Management) to lead Talent Acquisition service and vendor management, oversee Talent and Organisational Development (TOD) activities, and provide HR Business Partnering support to defined business areas. The role operates in close collaboration with the CHI HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and senior business leaders, supporting a holistic people agenda aligned with business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment service management, vendor management linked to TA and TOD, and HRBP support for designated business areas. You will also support the Head of HR on strategic initiatives through project management and project portfolio management activities. The position requires strong business acumen, the ability to translate business requirements into HRIS solutions, and the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing, international environment.
Essential Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
· Preferred fields of study: HR, Economics, or Psychology
· 10+ years’ experience in HR
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager and/or Vendor Manager
· Demonstrated experience in recruitment service management and vendor management
· Strong business acumen to support leaders with a holistic people agenda
· Proven ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and HR leadership teams
· Ability to work effectively through ambiguity and in fast-paced, demanding environments with frequent change
· Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with MS Excel; skilled in reporting, presenting, and facilitation
· Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to handle confidential information
· High planning, project management, and execution capability, including managing parallel and concurrent activities
· Self-starter and fast learner, able to quickly establish relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
· Global/international mindset
· Required certification: Project Management certification
· Language requirement: English – business fluent
