Amsterdam (remote to hybrid) | Full-time | Direct Perm contract starting with 12 months (with long-term potential)
An innovative pharmaceutical company is launching its Dutch operations and is looking for a Quality Manager to manage its Quality Management System (QMS).
This is a unique opportunity to join at the very beginning and play a key role in setting up the quality function for a growing business that imports OTC medicines into the European market.
Our client is part of a well-established European pharmaceutical manufacturer with strong portfolio of OTC products. As part of its international growth strategy, the business is establishing a new Dutch entity that will be responsible for the importation and batch certification of products entering the EU.
This is a genuine operational business, not a paper entity, meaning the quality systems you manage will be central to ensuring compliance and supporting future growth.
As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the Quality Management System and ensure the business operates in line with GDP, GMP and relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
This is a hands-on position focused on quality systems rather than people management. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, Qualified Person and external logistics partners to establish practical, compliant processes that support day-to-day operations.
The QMS itself is set up, but there will be periods of high activity as the business grows and prepares for future expansion.
We're looking for someone who enjoys managing systems and creating structure. You'll ideally have:
Location: Amsterdam (flexible and hybrid set-up)
If you're someone who enjoys creating structure, improving quality systems and being part of building something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
