As a QA Specialist II at a leading Biopharma company, you’ll be responsible for the execution, management, and control of quality assurance systems and operations. This role offers broad exposure across multiple QA areas, from batch review and CAPA management to audits, supplier evaluation, and regulatory oversight.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in pharmaceutical or nutritional products, or for those ready to take the next step in their career in quality assurance.
Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences field preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical or food industry with GMP/GDP background
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance operations, including batch review, CAPA, and deviation management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Team-oriented with integrity and decisiveness
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with validation/qualification oversight
- Knowledge of food/nutritional regulations
- Experience supporting health authority or client audits
Responsibilities
- Execute, maintain, and continuously improve QA processes
- Manage quality systems such as deviations, complaints, batch review/preparation/release, PQR, CAPAs, change controls, and training documentation
- Support quality management reviews, supplier evaluations, and internal audits
- Provide guidance and support for regulatory inspections and client audits
- Oversight of validation, qualification, and operational quality assurance trending
- Ensure data integrity, risk management, and performance monitoring
- Communicate available knowledge and best practices across the QA organization
