Quality & Compliance Associate (Junior) | Global Pharma | On Site Role

 

Job Description

A global pharmaceutical manufacturing site is seeking a junior Quality & Compliance Associate to support and contribute to site compliance with applicable cGMP and ISO requirements. This role provides exposure to a broad range of quality system activities including audits, document control, training, validation support, supplier quality, engineering documentation, and regulatory and customer audit preparation.

In this role, you will participate in the management of compliance-related activities across quality systems, change control, investigations, training, and internal audits while working under supervision and receiving appropriate training. You will support cross-functional quality initiatives and contribute to maintaining site compliance within a regulated environment.

 

Essential Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or equivalent

· 0–3 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotech, or similar)

· Recent graduates with relevant internships or first professional experience are welcome

· Basic understanding of GMP principles and regulated environments

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

· Good communication skills

· Ability to follow procedures and support compliance activities under supervision

 

Preferred Requirements

· Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485) and/or FDA or EU GMP regulations

· Knowledge of CFR Part 11, validation concepts, and quality systems

· Exposure to endotoxin, sterility testing, USP/EP, or aseptic processing

· Understanding of audit processes, document control, and quality investigations

· Interest in developing expertise in Quality Systems within regulated environments

Leadership: Reports to Quality/Compliance Management

Scope: Site-level quality systems and compliance support
