We are proud to be exclusively partnered with a leading medical device company seeking a Product Sales Specialist to join their high-performing EMEA Sales team. This is a strategic sales role with full ownership of the sales cycle across a defined territory within Switzerland’s cardiovascular market.

As Product Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and expanding relationships within hospitals and catheter labs, with a focus on interventional cardiology. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional or clinically experienced individual looking to step into a commercially focused role, supported by a well-established and fast-growing organization.

Our client is a global MedTech innovator dedicated to advancing minimally invasive cardiovascular therapies. With a strong product pipeline and deep clinical relevance, they offer a collaborative environment, strong commercial leadership, and excellent growth opportunities within the EMEA region.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in hospital account management or clinical roles in interventional cardiology
  • Proven track record in sales or strong clinical exposure in Cath labs or cardiovascular departments
  • Fluency in German and English (Italian and French are a plus)
  • Solid understanding of the Swiss hospital system and cardiovascular market dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO preferred with ~5 years' experience, or MBO with ~10 years' experience)
  • Based in or near Zuchwil, Switzerland, or willing to travel regularly to the region
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working across the EMEA region
  • Previous exposure to medical device sales cycles and account-based selling
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks in MedTech sales
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with marketing and clinical support team

You’ll be reporting directly to the Country Sales Manager, Switzerland, and working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team within the wider EMEA Sales organization.
