Job Description

This role sits within the Regional Supply Chain Operations organization, responsible for managing and supporting the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products across international markets. The team operates in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment, ensuring compliant, timely, and efficient product supply to patients worldwide.

The Senior Associate Supply Chain professional supports Regional Operations by executing lifecycle management activities, coordinating cross-functional processes, and ensuring accurate documentation, labelling, and system data. This role plays a key part in supporting product launches, regulatory changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, pharmaceutical operations, or regulated environments

  • Experience working in an international and cross-functional setting

  • Strong analytical and data management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital systems

  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or regulated industries (GxP)

  • APICS, CPIM, CIRM, or similar certification

  • Experience with labeling systems and lifecycle management processes

  • Exposure to product launches, regulatory variations, or master data management

  • Experience in project coordination and change management

  • Strong technical affinity and interest in digital tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Operations Lead in managing all phases of the product lifecycle

  • Execute product lifecycle changes according to the Regional Variation Master Plan

  • Maintain and update the Regional Variation Master Plan in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Perform labeling assessments and complete system checklists

  • Support and coordinate product launches and related activities

  • Manage specialized shipping processes for assigned products

  • Ensure Right-First-Time handovers to production sites by maintaining accurate documentation

  • Facilitate collaboration between Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing

  • Lead small improvement projects and support data collection for customer requests

  • Coordinate master data requests and related system activities

  • Support business case preparation and impact assessments

  • Execute registration sample and product demonstration requests

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
