Marketing Lead

Remote - Temporary Contract

We are partnering with a global MedTech company in the metabolic disease space, focused on patient self-monitoring technologies, to appoint an interim Marketing Lead to drive a high-impact European launch, starting in Germany.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a ground-breaking product introduction, shaping market entry strategy, brand positioning, and long-term growth across key European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Launch Leadership: Develop and execute the launch strategy and annual business plan to achieve growth goals
  • Brand Architecture: Establish brand positioning and competitive differentiation strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand vision
  • Market Penetration: Identify and develop growth opportunities, leveraging market research to optimize launch performance
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Sponsor collaboration across commercial functions including sales, training, key account management, and market access
  • Business Performance: Drive new reimbursed user acquisition through HCP brand choice and manage the consumer demand engine
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage marketing drivers within defined budget limits while maximizing operating margin and ROI

Your Profile:

  • 10+ years in marketing/product management within MedTech
  • Proven experience leading successful product launches
  • Strong understanding of the German healthcare system
  • Experience in metabolic diseases or related fields is highly preferred
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strategic, hands-on, and able to operate in fast-paced environments
