We are looking for a driven, learnable, and coachable Manufacturing Operator to work within the Manufacturing Department. In this role, you will operate pharmaceutical production lines in a GMP-regulated environment, contributing to safe, high-quality, and efficient production. You are focused, structured, and take ownership of your work while being flexible to support multiple production lines and shift patterns.
You will be part of the Central Flex Force, meaning you may work across fully automated, semi-automated, or manual production lines. The role operates in a 2- shift schedule. Teams work according to standard work principles, ensuring performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Performance (SQDIP).
Clear communication, professionalism, and respect within a diverse, international team are essential.
Operate pharmaceutical production lines according to GMP and standard operating procedures
Maintain focus and work at a defined pace to meet planned production targets
Switch flexibly between production lines and assigned tasks when required
Communicate clearly and factually with Operators and Line Leads
Escalate deviations or issues at Tier 1 level when necessary
Take ownership of assigned tasks, results, and compliance
Actively participate in shift handovers
Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in daily work
Ensure all required training is completed within set deadlines
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
(preferably pharmaceutical, GMP or GDP regulated)
Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Experience working in multicultural teams
Basic understanding of continuous improvement within own role
MBO Level 2 (or equivalent)
MBO-level proficiency in English (verbal, reading, and writing)
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing tasks
Strong team player
