CW Associate QA  Incoming Materials

Are you energized by working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment where your eye for detail directly protects product quality? We’re looking for a motivated and communicative CW Associate QA to join our Quality team and support the release of incoming materials used in production.

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between Warehouse and Quality, ensuring all incoming components are sampled, inspected, reviewed, and released correctly before they enter labelling and packaging operations. By checking materials, documenting results, and communicating batch readiness, you’ll help secure the flow of high-quality medicines to patients worldwide.

What You’ll Do
• Perform sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials (printed & non-printed).
• Conduct damage checks and additional sampling when needed.
• Communicate batch readiness and escalate issues when timelines cannot be met.
• Join daily reviews: assess previous-day releases and plan current-day workload.
• Collaborate with Warehouse when urgent components require verification.
• Work with digital systems like SAP (nice to have), Teams, Excel, and QA documentation tools.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP/GDP standards in all QA activities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences OR MBO with 3+ years QA/QC experience.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Eye for detail, accountability, and willingness to speak up.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to follow established procedures.
