Sten studied Business Administration and is continuing his academic path with a Master's in Finance and Investments at Erasmus University. That combination of business grounding and financial focus is what drew him toward a role where he could put both into practice.
As a Junior Finance Executive, Sten covers a broad range of accounting tasks as part of the finance team, from processing invoices to preparing financial reports. It's varied by nature, so no two days look quite the same, which is exactly what keeps it interesting for him. What he enjoys most about Panda is the learning: there's always something new to pick up, whether it's a different part of the finance function or a new way of working, and he values the space Panda gives him to keep growing.
Outside of work, Sten is big into skiing and scuba diving, chasing both snow and warm water whenever he gets the chance. He loves travelling more generally, and when he's not off somewhere, you'll usually find him catching up with friends over a good card game.
