Originally from France, Léa has spent the past six years in recruitment and business development, most recently in Canada before moving back to Europe. She was looking for a company where she could keep building her career while working in a market that genuinely makes an impact - and Panda was the perfect fit, combining a strong entrepreneurial culture with the chance to support the Life Sciences industry.
As a Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant, Léa supports Life Sciences companies across Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, connecting them with specialist consultants in Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, MSAT, and Technical Operations. What she enjoys most is building relationships. For her, business comes down to being genuine with clients and candidates, understanding people for who they are, and building trust.
Since joining Panda, Léa has quickly built relationships with new clients and established herself in a completely new market - opening doors, meeting key decision-makers, and laying the foundations for long-term partnerships. That ability to adapt comes naturally: she's lived and worked in six countries - Malta, France, Spain, Ireland, Canada, and now the Netherlands - and speaks three languages, experiences that have taught her to connect with people from all backgrounds and embrace new challenges.
