As a Learning & Development Executive, Chenill designs and delivers training that helps new consultants hit the ground running and thrive. She’s driven by the energy of the sales floor and the satisfaction of seeing someone go from their first day to their first deal, fast.
Her proudest moments? Watching consultants break Panda’s fastest placement records by placing candidates in just 6, 8, or 9 weeks. That kind of performance doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of sharp coaching, consistent support, and a culture that values learning at speed.
Outside the office, Chenill enjoys sewing her own clothes, which she often wears to work. It’s a fun detail that reflects her creativity, precision, and the thoughtful approach she brings to everything she does.
