We are looking for a Test Coordinator to join one of our clients in the Biotech sector to play a crucial role on a large-scale IT transformation project. If you have a passion for quality, process optimization, and ensuring product excellence, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft test plans and quality strategies for diverse software products.
Coordinate testing activities across teams and oversee execution timelines.
Perform both functional and non-functional tests to ensure product integrity.
Report test results and key findings to project stakeholders and leadership.
Identify, document, and track bugs or improvement areas throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor and improve the testing process to align with project goals and timelines.
Key Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in a test coordination or related quality assurance role.
Proficient in test planning, coordination, and execution in agile environments.
Strong knowledge of modern testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication abilities.
Certification in ISTQB, TMAP, or similar is highly desirable.
