This role supports supply chain planning activities within a complex industrial environment, contributing to reliable product supply through strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making. The position requires hands-on planning experience, advanced ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute supply chain planning activities in alignment with business objectives
Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to support planning decisions
Work with ERP planning systems to ensure accurate and timely planning outputs
Develop, maintain, and interpret forecasts, models, and trend analyses
Identify risks and constraints within the supply chain and proactively propose solutions
Support or participate in S&OP planning processes where applicable
Prepare and deliver clear analyses, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams
Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and ways of working
Operate in compliance with internal procedures and, where applicable, GMP requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or a related field
Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts and principles
3–5 years of work experience in an industrial environment
Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP planning systems
Advanced experience with Excel and/or data modelling tools
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
Experience with S&OP planning processes
Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and/or Anaplan
