Job Title: Supply Chain Product Transfer Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Product Transfer Coordinator to join the Global Planning – Strategic Projects & Transfer Management team within a leading pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you’ll coordinate and execute supply chain activities related to product transfer projects, ensuring supply continuity and smooth transitions between production sites.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Deliver, and Local Operating Companies to develop and implement supply chain transfer strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Supply Chain function in cross-functional transfer project teams.
Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end supply chain transfer implementation plans.
Lead planning meetings with sending and receiving production sites.
Align on key project milestones including last order from the sending site and first order from the receiving site.
Act as the main point of contact for affiliates and plants throughout the transfer.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues impacting project timelines.
Plan and manage stock builds as needed to maintain uninterrupted supply.
Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
Support documentation, reporting, and readiness for supply-related audits.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Product Artwork teams for compliant transitions.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance).
Experience with SAP ERP (required); familiarity with OMP is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Strong communication and influencing skills; fluent in English.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects without direct authority.
