Job Description

As a Senior Technician Utilities, you will provide operational and maintenance support for GMP-compliant technical installations within the production site. Reporting to the Utilities Specialists, you will ensure the smooth running of essential systems, including WFI, WS, HVAC, refrigeration, and black utilities. Your role will involve operation, logistics, maintenance, and continuous improvement of installations and processes. This is a varied position working with advanced industrial equipment in a stimulating environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain GMP and non-GMP utility installations (WFI, WS, HVAC, refrigeration, black systems).
• Provide support for both daily operations and preventive/corrective maintenance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for installations and processes.
• Collaborate with Utilities Specialists to ensure compliance, reliability, and efficiency of technical systems.
• Participate in training and development to expand knowledge of state-of-the-art utility systems.

 

Essential Requirements:

• Recognized technical education (engineering, utilities, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in utilities operation or industrial maintenance, ideally within pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environments.
• Expertise in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Proactive, efficient, organized, and autonomous approach to work.
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn and develop within a GMP context.
