Senior FP&A Analyst CHI | Global Role
Job Description
A global life sciences organisation is seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities across the CHI division. This role requires strong hands-on execution, advanced data analysis capabilities, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
In this position, you will play a key role in delivering robust planning cycles, maintaining high-quality reporting standards, and continuously improving FP&A processes. You will collaborate closely with regional finance teams, coordinate planning inputs, and support business decision-making through data-driven insights. The role also includes supporting finance-related activities within a carve-out project environment.
Essential Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
· 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles
· Background in Pharma, CDMO, FMCG, consulting (Big 4), or financial organisations within multinational environments
· Advanced Excel skills (complex modelling, Power Query, pivot tables, automation)
· Solid experience with Power BI for reporting, data modelling, and visualisation
· Strong capability in managing and transforming large datasets into actionable insights
· Experience supporting financial planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, outlooks, month-end close)
· Ability to coordinate inputs across regional teams, including data validation and timeline management
· Strong communication skills with the ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments
· Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Fluent professional English
Preferred Requirements
· Experience building and maintaining financial planning models and templates
· Exposure to process improvement initiatives within FP&A or reporting environments
· Experience working in carve-out, transformation, or project-based finance environments
· Familiarity with digital tools and data flow optimisation within finance functions
· Ability to simplify complex financial information for business stakeholders
· Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
· Strong organisational and time management skills
