Together with a leading biotech company located in Breda, we are looking for a motivated Senior Associate – Supply Chain to join their dynamic team.

This role is key to managing change control execution activities for designated products, collaborating across multiple departments, and driving continuous improvements within a complex, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute change control management activities for assigned products, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.

  • Coordinate change control activities with cross-functional stakeholders including Artwork, Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, and Partner Alliances.

  • Apply change control management principles, concepts, and standards to support smooth operational execution.

  • Follow and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Set priorities and manage timelines to achieve change control objectives.

  • Participate and contribute to relevant meetings, representing the department with meaningful input.

  • Support Master Data activities, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and materials management, aligned with performance metrics.

  • Identify and analyze potential issues, lead improvement projects, and implement best practices.

  • Facilitate Product Life Cycle Team meetings and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-5+ years relevant experience

    OR

  • Master’s degree or equivalent with 1-3+ years relevant experience

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of change control management processes

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors

  • Experience working in an international, matrixed organization

Practicalities:

Location: Breda, Netherlands
Contract: 1 year with extension possibility
Language: English (fluency required)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Start date: As soon as possible (flexible)
