Senior Quality Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Northern Netherlands (production site, >700 employees)

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager for a leading food production site that manufactures millions of consumer products for over 160 markets worldwide. Quality is key at this factory, and as Quality Manager, you will have the authority and responsibility to elevate quality performance across the site.

In this role, you will drive the quality culture, improve quality systems, and inspire staff to prioritize quality in everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication programs on quality (toolboxes, newsflashes, weekly updates)

• Enhance knowledge and skills through training and coaching of production staff

• Implement digital registration of quality checks and analyze data to drive improvements

• Evaluate and optimize specifications, standards, and testing methods; propose investments in new technologies where needed

• Translate quality data and strategy into annual plans and actionable improvements

Requirements

• HBO/WO (Bachelor/Master) level, preferably with a technical background

• 5–7 years of experience in a technical production environment, preferably in metal processing or manufacturing

• Experience with Six Sigma and production process optimization

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on the shop floor

• Fluent in Dutch
