Quality Improvement Specialist

The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for optimising quality systems and processes to support Qualified Persons and the Quality Assurance function within a regulated environment. The role focuses on coordinating and implementing change controls, acting as a central liaison between QA, operations, and internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position involves developing policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The specialist collaborates closely with QA leadership and operational departments such as Quality Control and Production.

Non-Negotiable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• WO level of education
• Degree in Life Sciences or exact sciences
• Knowledge of GMP
• Experience with quality systems
• Experience working on change controls
• Experience with project-based working

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Experience collaborating with Qualified Persons
• Experience working cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production teams
• Experience drafting policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Availability for full-time work (32 hours considered)
