Supplier Quality Engineer

Location: Galway, Ireland

Contract: 8 months
 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer, ideally with a background in Supplier Quality, to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and be adept at managing non-conformances, CAPA, and SCARs, with solid experience in problem-solving methodologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve supplier quality issues effectively.
• Oversee non-conformances, CAPAs, and SCARs to ensure timely closure.
• Apply structured problem-solving tools and techniques.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
• Prioritize and manage workload independently in a busy environment.

 

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in Supplier Quality.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards applicable to medical devices.
• Demonstrated expertise with CAPA, SCARs, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
