QMS Data Migration & Veeva Vault Specialist | Contract Role

Job Description
A global life sciences organisation is seeking a detail-oriented QMS Data Migration & Veeva Vault Specialist to support data migration and digital quality system initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality data handling and supporting the implementation and local deployment of the Veeva Vault system within a GMP-regulated environment.
In this role, you will contribute to data migration and analysis activities related to QMS documentation, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system readiness. You will play a key role in supporting digital transformation within Quality Systems through structured data handling and system utilisation.

Essential Requirements
· High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent professional experience
· 1–3 years’ experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally within Quality Systems, Documentation, or Digital Quality
· Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (Knowledge) or similar electronic document/knowledge management systems
· Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, and data quality activities
· Strong IT affinity with the ability to work effectively with digital systems and structured data
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
· Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
· Good command of English (written and spoken)
· Business-level German required

Preferred Requirements
· Experience supporting system implementations within Quality or Document Management environments
· Familiarity with QMS processes and documentation standards in regulated industries
· Ability to work independently in a structured and process-driven environment
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Location: Visp, Switzerland
