QC System Officer
Department: Quality – QC Support / SAP Master Data
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: €4,500 gross per month (excluding holiday allowance and 13th month)

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a QC System Officer to support the management and governance of Quality Control master data within SAP. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for configuring and maintaining QC-related data in SAP and supporting continuous improvement in digital QC processes.

Your Role

In this role, you will act as a key contact for QC Master Data within SAP, ensuring systems and processes support the organization’s quality standards. You will collaborate across departments, provide training, and help optimize system usage and data structure for ongoing quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure QC Master Data in SAP, including materials, inspection plans, and related quality elements

• Ensure data compliance, accuracy, and alignment with GMP and company policies

• Support SAP QM configuration (MICs, catalogs, selected sets, inspection methods, certificate profiles, etc.)

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on QC-related SAP processes

• Lead data governance activities, including data creation, audits, and deactivation processes

• Train team members on SAP usage and QC master data standards

• Analyze SAP-generated reports to identify trends and process improvements

• Contribute to system upgrades and functionality enhancements

You are a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of GMP environments and SAP systems. You take initiative, work well cross-functionally, and enjoy solving complex data and process challenges.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QC, master data, or systems role within a regulated environment

• Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP QM)

• Knowledge of GMP or similar quality frameworks

• Skilled in Excel and data analysis tools

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Analytical, accurate, and proactive in managing priorities
