We are currently seeking a Quality Control Analyst for a 6-month contract to support the Analytical QC team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated by routine lab work, and committed to delivering results with precision and quality.

This role is based in a collaborative and informal team setting, where tasks evolve quickly, requiring flexibility and a structured mindset. Your focus will include analytical solution preparation, biochemical and HPLC testing, and ensuring full compliance with GMP and ALCOA+ principles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare solutions for various QC analytical tests

  • Perform biochemical and HPLC analyses under cGMP guidelines

  • Complete lab documentation in alignment with ALCOA+ and Good Documentation Practices

  • Report deviations or invalid results proactively and initiate relevant quality events

  • Conduct lab investigations and execute validation and qualification protocols (methods, systems, reagents)

  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained prior to use

  • Adhere to EHS, 5S, and Kanban procedures in real time

  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the QC department

  • Troubleshoot minor lab issues within your expertise

  • Approve or prepare lab solutions, maintain general lab order, and apply standardization principles

  • Escalate procedural deviations to method/equipment leads and supervisors


Your Profile:

  • Education: CFC in laboratory science, biology, or another relevant scientific discipline

  • Experience: Familiarity with HPLC and ELISA techniques is a plus

  • Solid understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements

  • Fluent in French, with good technical English skills

  • Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-moving lab environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (contract)
Workload: Full-time
Working Hours: Normal hours (07:00–18:00)
