QA Program Manager

An interim QA Program Manager is needed to lead and execute a Quality Improvement Program on site in Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordination and follow-up of audits and inspections
- Optimization of QA processes (deviations, CAPA, OOS, change control, etc.)
- Development and delivery of training
- KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- 15+ years in QA/GMP within the pharmaceutical industry
- 10+ years in leadership roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field

Practicalities:

- 5 month interim contract
- Start date ASAP
