Project Manager / Business Analyst

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and supporting project execution. This role requires a proactive and structured professional with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Collect data and convert it into structured, shareable content

• Prepare clear and compelling presentations for stakeholders

• Track project progress and provide regular updates

• Ensure deliverables align with business goals and meet quality standards

Profile & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management and/or business analysis

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured approach

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Skilled in delivering presentations and communicating across functions

• Self-starter able to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Full onsite presence required during onboarding phase

• Hybrid working model possible after initial training (2 days onsite per week)
• Looking for an autonomous professional capable of driving tasks independently

Location: Belgium (onsite initially, then hybrid)
Start Date: August / September 2025
Duration: 6 months - extension
Languages: English (must), Dutch (plus)
