Known for its innovation and excellence in large-scale biologics production, the company is seeking a skilled Project Controller to support financial operations across a complex, cross-functional project involving two legal entities.
Job Description
As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial oversight and control of a major CAPEX project. Working closely with both the on-site finance and project teams, you will be responsible for cost tracking, reporting, forecasting, and risk evaluation. Your financial acumen and project insight will be essential in enabling the successful and timely delivery of the project.
You will develop, implement, and maintain robust cost tracking and reporting systems. Your responsibilities will include cost rebookings, cash flow forecasting, performance assessments, and change control. You will also provide financial input to support project-related decisions and ensure alignment with both project and business objectives.
While partial remote work is possible, regular on-site presence is strongly preferred to facilitate collaboration across departments.
Essential Requirements:
HBO/WO degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in project controls, particularly for CAPEX projects
Strong skills in cost reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Familiarity with managing projects involving multiple legal entities
Ability to work across departments and build alignment with stakeholders
Fluency in English; German language skills strongly preferred
Desirable Requirements:
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industry
Experience with SAP or similar financial reporting systems

Location: Visp, Switzerland
Workload: 50–80% per month
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension
