Production Quality Manager

 

A medical manufacturing company near the Flemish region is looking for a Production Quality Manager to lead quality assurance within a highly automated production environment. The role involves overseeing compliance with GMP standards, managing batch releases, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Bio-engineering, or similar

• Experience in medical devices, pharma, or life sciences manufacturing

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and CFR

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Strong GMP and batch release knowledge

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with SAP, CAPA, supplier audits, and root cause analysis

• Skilled in team coaching and documentation management
