Process Operator B | Pharmaceutical Production
Job Description
A pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation is seeking a Process Operator B to perform production activities involving blood plasma and related intermediate products. You will operate in a highly regulated environment and execute daily production tasks in accordance with established procedures.
In this role, you will support production processes, perform routine and standardised production operations, and proactively identify and report deviations or technical issues. You will ensure accurate documentation of all activities in logbooks, forms, and systems, and contribute to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and quality-driven production environment.
You will also be responsible for cleaning equipment and production areas according to validated protocols, supporting workplace and warehouse management activities, and working strictly in compliance with GxP and GMP guidelines.
Essential Requirements
· MBO level 2 work and thinking level
· Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a production environment
· GMP knowledge is required
· Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical devices, or food industry)
· Good documentation and record-keeping skills
· Risk-aware and quality-oriented mindset
· Accurate, hygienic, and safety-conscious working style
· Team player with good communication skills
· Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
· Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
Preferred Requirements
· Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
· Experience handling biological materials (e.g., blood plasma or related products)
· Familiarity with warehouse support and material flow processes
· Experience working with production logbooks, forms, and digital systems
· Proactive attitude in identifying and escalating GxP-related issues
· Commitment to following mandatory GxP training requirements
Practicalities
Start Date: ASAP (start date on the 15th or 1st of each month)
Location: Amsterdam
Contract Type: 1 year Detavast
Salary: €2,800 – €3,400 gross per month + 30.89% shift allowance (always applicable)
Shift Pattern: 2/2/2 schedule – 4 days off
· 2x 07:00 – 15:00
· 2x 15:00 – 23:00
· 2x 23:00 – 07:00
