Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom setting

• Ensure full compliance with GMP and safety protocols

• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate documentation

• Work closely with colleagues across all shifts for smooth handovers

• Identify and report deviations or technical issues

• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a cleanroom or pharmaceutical production environment

• Strong understanding of GMP regulations (required)

• Technical mindset with the ability to follow SOPs precisely

• Flexibility to work in a 5-shift system (including nights and weekends)

• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Gross monthly salary between €2.900 and €3.100 (based on experience)
