About the Role

For a leading international organization in the Amsterdam area, we are looking for dedicated Operators to join the production team in a 5-shift system.

Your Responsibilities

As a Process Operator B, you will be part of a professional production team responsible for maintaining high-quality and efficient manufacturing processes. Your tasks include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production lines in accordance with GMP and SOP guidelines

• Performing in-process quality checks and accurate documentation

• Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues

• Supporting batch changeovers and cleanroom procedures

• Collaborating with the technical and QA departments

• Ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times

Who You Are

You bring a strong sense of responsibility, technical insight, and a drive to work in a regulated and process-oriented environment.

You have:

• An MBO level 3 diploma, preferably in Process Technology, Life Sciences, or similar

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated production environment (pharma, biotech, food, cosmetics)

• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and hygiene protocols

• Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation (including nights and weekends)

• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

• A proactive, accurate, and team-oriented mindset
