We are supporting a leading global biotech company in Breda in their search for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and quality compliance, focused on managing and coordinating product change control activities.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Regulatory Affairs, Planning, Quality, Artwork, and Partner Alliances—to ensure that product and process changes are implemented smoothly and in compliance with internal standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee change control activities for assigned products, in line with internal processes and timelines

  • Coordinate across departments (Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, Regulatory, Artwork) to drive alignment and execution

  • Manage and maintain accurate master data (BoMs, material records) within applicable systems

  • Facilitate or participate in Product Life Cycle Team (PLT) meetings and relevant project discussions

  • Track and report on performance metrics (e.g., RFT, milestone adherence, CFA accuracy)

  • Ensure documentation is updated and compliant with GMP and company standards

  • Support continuous improvement efforts and drive resolution of supply-related challenges

  • Act as a key point of contact for change control execution within the Supply Chain function

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in a regulated (preferably pharmaceutical or biotech) environment

  • Solid understanding of change control processes and documentation systems

  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and comfortable working in complex, global environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within an international matrix organization

  • Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems

  • Familiarity with GMP requirements and product lifecycle processes

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with process improvement

Practicalities:

Location: Breda, Netherlands
Contract: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
