We are looking for a Material Coordinator to join our Maintenance & Engineering team. In this role, you will ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient coordination of all material and inventory flows. You will be responsible for spare parts management, inventory control, and transport logistics, ensuring that technicians and engineers have everything they need to carry out maintenance and improvement projects without delays.
This is not a standard warehouse position — it’s a key role in the technical heart of the organisation, working in a high-quality environment where cGMP guidelines, safety, and quality are top priorities.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
Pick, pack, and stage materials for internal projects or shipment to vendors.
Prepare work kits for maintenance on packaging equipment.
Manage and process returned spare parts.
Complete administrative tasks related to work orders.
Create purchase requests and verify supplier deliveries.
Conduct annual inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records in CMMS/Maximo.
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as needed.
Support technical and engineering teams with ongoing projects.
Minimum requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive, proactive attitude and ability to multitask.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to identify and implement improvements.
Experience collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Flexible, adaptable, and familiar with working according to SOPs.
Preferred:
Experience with SAP, Maximo, and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in a GMP/GDP environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Affinity with technical environments and safety.
