As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for executing daily production activities on the line in full compliance with GMP regulations. You will coordinate and perform key tasks to ensure our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for working in a regulated, quality-driven environment.
Production Operations
Operate production processes according to daily planning and strict GMP standards
Perform material acceptance, product preparation, and in-process quality checks
Handle process changeovers, setups, cleaning, and line clearance activities
Identify and report non-standard situations to Line Lead, QA, or Engineering teams
Ensure proper waste disposal and material reconciliation
Line Coordination & Troubleshooting
Oversee line activities during your shift, including solving technical or quality-related issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team projects (SGA/Lean)
Systems & Documentation
Work with systems like SAP, OEE tools, and EDM Quality for process tracking and reporting
Use MS Outlook and Internet Explorer for communication and documentation
Equipment & Quality Compliance
Handle machinery setup, operation, and shutdown following SOPs
Conduct sampling, testing, and inspections during production
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the line in line with GMP requirements
Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment (pharma, biotech, food, etc.)
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
Ability to work in a 2-shift system and take initiative on the shop floor
Strong sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and team collaboration
