We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer or Werkvoorbereider with a strong background in electrical installations and experience supporting 24/7 production operations.
In this role, you will ensure optimal performance of production systems within a MedTech environment where precision, safety, and reliability are key.
You will coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, support process improvements, and act as a technical bridge between production and maintenance teams.
Plan, prepare, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in production systems.
Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance and installation work.
Ensure technical documentation, drawings, and maintenance logs are up to date.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
Ensure all work is performed according to safety, GMP, and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement and technical optimization projects.
MBO/HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Werkvoorbereider in an industrial, MedTech, or GMP environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation.
Experience working in or supporting a 24/7 production plant is highly desirable.
Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Hands-on mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Good command of English (Dutch is an advantage).
