On behalf of our client, we are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead business growth across several markets within the aesthetics sector. This field-based role will focus on driving strategic sales efforts, managing high-value client relationships, and contributing to market expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing key accounts, a strong understanding of injectable products, and a passion for delivering results in a competitive market.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in sales within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device sector
At least 3 years in a senior sales role with key account responsibility
Deep understanding of injectable-based treatments or aesthetic procedures
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience using CRM tools to support data-driven decision making
Proven track record in driving performance improvements through process optimization
Willingness to travel internationally
