Are you an experienced electrical technician who ensures technical installations run safely and reliably? We’re looking for an Electrical Engineering Specialist to oversee electrical safety and compliance across a pharmaceutical production facility. In this role, you will ensure that all electrical systems meet current regulations (such as NEN 3140), and you’ll coordinate safe maintenance and inspections for a range of installations—lighting, power distribution, emergency systems, controls, fire detection, and evacuation systems.
You will act as the go-to expert for electrical safety, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee high-quality and compliant operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Essential Requirements:
MBO-4 level education in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field
Extensive hands-on experience with electrical installations in a production or industrial environment
Solid knowledge of NEN 3140, NEN 1010, and other relevant safety standards
Proven experience as (or ambition to become) an Installation Responsible (Installatieverantwoordelijke) under Dutch regulations
High level of independence, attention to detail, and strong focus on safety and quality
Desirable Requirements:
Familiarity with LOTOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out) procedures
Experience managing and coaching external vendors and maintenance contractors
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into safe, long-term technical solutions
Comfort with digital maintenance systems and structured reporting

Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Salary: €3,000 – €6,500 gross/month depending on experience
