Department: Clinical Labelling & Packaging
Working Hours: Day shift (08:00 – 16:30)

Join Amgen Breda’s Clinical Labelling and Packaging team, where we play a critical role in supporting clinical trials by ensuring the accurate and timely labelling, packaging, and assembly of investigational products. Each clinical trial requires unique packaging configurations, making this a dynamic and hands-on role in a high-performing environment.

Our team of ~10 dedicated operators works closely together to deliver high-quality clinical supplies, helping ensure every patient receives the right product at the right time. Precision, collaboration, and adaptability are at the heart of our success.

Your Role

As a Manual Clinical Packaging Operator, you will execute packaging and labelling activities in accordance with strict procedures and quality standards. Most tasks take place in room temperature conditions, though some activities require working in cold room environments (2–8?°C).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual clinical labelling and packaging activities following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

  • Escalate issues promptly and appropriately

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure accurate execution

  • Complete all required training in line with corporate timelines

  • Support batch-related logistics processes

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience in manual packaging (preferably in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment, such as pharma)

  • Detail-oriented and driven by performance and quality standards

  • Comfortable working in a complex, manual, and process-driven setting

  • Familiarity with SAP and/or MES systems is a plus

  • Able to work in a multicultural, international team

  • Demonstrates a mindset for continuous improvement
