Job Description

As a CQV Engineer / Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the qualification and validation of process equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, systems, and internal workflows while ensuring that operational teams and engineering groups maintain the required technical expertise. Your role will include preparing commissioning and qualification documentation, supporting projects from installation to operational readiness, and ensuring compliance during audits and inspections.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare commissioning and qualification documentation for new equipment and facilities
• Support modification, expansion, and new build projects, including PQs for critical systems
• Manage system life cycle (SLC) activities for all systems post-commissioning
• Handle deviations, changes (GEP and GMP), and CAPAs
• Coordinate internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers
• Present qualification documentation during audits and inspections
• Provide project support as a qualification specialist
• Contribute to process, system, and internal workflow optimization

 

Essential Requirements:

• Degree from a technical college (HF), university of applied sciences (FH), or university
• Several years of experience in a regulated environment with commissioning, qualification, and validation (e.g., refrigerators/freezers, purified media, cleanrooms, process equipment)
• Independent, flexible, structured, focused, and well-organized work style
• Open to new ideas, agile, proactive, and initiative-taking
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in German; good English proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of COMOS, DMS, TrackWise, and SAP is an advantage
