Job Title: Business Services Coordinator About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator to support daily business operations and enhance service delivery within a global pharmaceutical environment. As part of the Business Services team, you will collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, identify process improvements, and help drive efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute daily operational tasks to ensure continuity of business services.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective support.
Ensure adherence to established procedures and company policies.
Gain expertise in business systems and tools to assist teams efficiently.
Contribute to business projects, including system enhancements and new process implementations.
Proactively identify service delivery challenges and support resolution efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; internship experience will also be considered.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with business systems is a plus.
Experience in business operations, customer service, or process management is an advantage.
