What You’ll Do:

As a Production Operator, you’ll work across various production lines (fully automated, semi-automated, or manual) to ensure smooth operations and consistent output. You’ll be responsible for executing defined processes in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP principles, while actively contributing to performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating production lines according to SOPs

• Collaborating with colleagues and line leads to achieve production targets

• Identifying and suggesting process improvements

• Escalating issues promptly and factually to the Line Lead

• Participating in shift handovers and team meetings

• Completing required training on time

• Rotating between lines and tasks as needed

Your Background:

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical or GMP/GDP-regulated)

• Familiar with working in a multicultural team

• Experience with SOPs and standard work principles

• Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts
