Santen is a Japanese ophthalmic pharmaceutical company that specializes in the development, manufacture, and sale of prescription eye drops and other ophthalmic products. The company was founded in 1886 and has a long history of providing innovative and high-quality eye care solutions to patients around the world.

Challenge

The main challenge Santen faced was finding suitable Regulatory Affairs candidates. The open vacancies had been left open for some months and other recruitment agencies Santen worked with were unsuccessful in finding the type of Regulatory Affairs professionals the company needed.
